Axisflying Affiliate Program

Welcome to the Axisflying Affiliate Program. This program is designed for real FPV pilots, content creators, reviewers, community partners, and users who recognize and support Axisflying products.

By joining this program, you can share Axisflying products and earn commission from eligible orders.

By participating in the program, you agree to follow the rules below.

The Axisflying Affiliate Program is open to:

* FPV pilots;

* Product reviewers;

* Content creators;

* FPV clubs and community partners;

* Existing customers who have purchased and recognize Axisflying products.

All applications are subject to manual review by Axisflying. Axisflying reserves the right to approve or reject any application.

Axisflying may select certain content creators, reviewers, or FPV pilots to receive products for testing and content creation.

Product testing cooperation may include, but is not limited to:

* Product reviews;

* Unboxing videos;

* Build / installation tutorials;

* Real flight videos;

* Product comparison content;

* Long-term usage feedback;

* FPV community sharing.

Receiving a test product does not mean the creator is required to give a positive review. Axisflying welcomes objective feedback based on real user experience.

However, before the content is published, Axisflying may conduct a basic review to confirm the following:

* Whether the product name and model are correct;

* Whether the product specifications and key information are accurate;

* Whether the referral link or discount code is correct;

* Whether the content contains false, misleading, or exaggerated claims;

* Whether the content involves illegal, unsafe, or irresponsible flying behavior;

* Whether the cooperation relationship with Axisflying is clearly disclosed.

If Axisflying provides a product for testing, the creator should publish at least one agreed piece of content within the agreed time period, unless otherwise confirmed by both parties.

Approved affiliate partners may receive an exclusive referral link or discount code.

When a customer completes an eligible order through the affiliate partner’s referral link or discount code, the affiliate partner may receive a **3.5% commission** based on the actual product payment amount of that order.

The commission is calculated based on the actual product amount paid by the customer, excluding:

* Shipping fees;

* Taxes;

* Duties;

* Customs clearance fees;

* Payment processing fees;

* Gift card amounts;

* Refunded amounts;

* After-sales replacement order amounts;

* Wholesale, B2B, or special quotation order amounts.

An order must meet all of the following conditions to be eligible for commission:

* The order is real and valid;

* The order has been successfully paid;

* The order has not been cancelled;

* The order has not been refunded;

* The order has not been charged back;

* The order has not been identified as fraudulent or abnormal;

* The order has passed the refund and after-sales review period.

Cancelled, refunded, charged back, fraudulent, or abnormal orders are not eligible for commission.

The following orders are not eligible for commission:

* Self-purchases made through your own referral link or discount code;

* Cancelled orders;

* Fully refunded orders;

* Chargeback orders;

* Fraudulent or suspicious orders;

* Sample orders;

* After-sales replacement orders;

* Wholesale or B2B orders;

* Special quotation orders;

* Orders generated through discount code abuse, system loopholes, or abnormal methods.

Axisflying reserves the right to cancel commissions generated from orders that violate these rules.

Commissions are reviewed and settled monthly.

Basic settlement rules are as follows:

* Commission rate: 3.5%;

* Order review period: 30 days after the order is completed;

* Settlement method: PayPal or other methods confirmed by both parties.

If an order is refunded, cancelled, charged back, or identified as abnormal after the commission has been recorded, Axisflying reserves the right to deduct the corresponding amount from future commissions.

Affiliate partners are not allowed to engage in the following activities:

* Pretending to be an official Axisflying / Kufei account;

* Publishing false, misleading, or exaggerated promotional content;

* Hiding the cooperation relationship with Axisflying;

* Using spam emails, spam messages, or harassment for promotion;

* Creating fake orders or self-referral orders;

* Encouraging malicious refunds or chargebacks;

* Promoting illegal, unsafe, or irresponsible flying behavior;

* Using Axisflying products or materials in harmful, offensive, or illegal content;

* Damaging the reputation of Axisflying / Kufei.

If any of the above rules are violated, Axisflying reserves the right to issue a warning, cancel commissions, suspend the account, or terminate the cooperation.

After an affiliate partner publishes or submits content related to Axisflying / Kufei products, the partner agrees that Axisflying may share, repost, or use the content for brand promotion, social media, product pages, or marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

If you do not want Axisflying to use the related content for promotion, please inform us before submitting or publishing the content.

Axisflying reserves the right to update, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time within the scope permitted by law, including but not limited to changes in commission rates, settlement rules, eligible products, discount code rules, order review periods, and partner requirements.

If there are major changes to the rules, Axisflying will make reasonable efforts to notify partners through the website, partner dashboard, or email.

Axisflying reserves the right to suspend or terminate the cooperation qualification of an affiliate partner if the partner:

* Violates the Affiliate Program rules;

* Creates fraudulent or abnormal orders;

* Abuses referral links or discount codes;

* Publishes misleading or harmful content;

* Damages the reputation of Axisflying / Kufei.

After termination, unsettled commissions from invalid, suspicious, or rule-violating orders may be cancelled.
