Payment Guide
1. Accepted Payment Methods
The official AxisFlying independent store supports the following payment methods. Available options are subject to what is displayed at checkout:
- PayPal or Bank Transfer
- Discount codes, gift cards, or store credit (if provided on promotional pages)
All payments are processed through third-party payment service providers.
2. Billing Currency and Exchange Rates
The default currency for transactions on the website is [USD / actual currency]. If you pay in a non-default currency, your bank or payment provider may apply their own exchange rate and may charge currency conversion fees, cross-border transaction fees, or other service charges. These fees are charged by the issuing bank or payment provider. AxisFlying has no control over these fees and assumes no liability for them.
3. Order Confirmation
After successful payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. Order confirmation only indicates that we have received your order and does not guarantee that the order has been shipped. If there are inventory discrepancies, pricing errors, abnormal shipping information, payment risks, or destination shipping restrictions, we may contact you to verify or adjust the order, or cancel it and issue a refund.
4. Payment Failures and Duplicate Charges
If a payment fails, please check your card status, billing address, payment limits, network environment, or any payment provider risk alerts. If you believe a duplicate charge has occurred, first confirm whether it is a bank pre-authorization. If the charge has actually been completed, please contact AxisFlying customer service with your order number, payment receipt, and transaction timestamp for assistance.
5. Order Security Review
To protect both customers and the platform, certain orders may require manual review. We may ask you to provide proof of payment, billing address confirmation, recipient information confirmation, or other necessary details. If the review cannot be completed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund via the original payment method.
6.Taxes and Import Fees
Product prices generally do not include any import duties, VAT, consumption taxes, customs clearance fees, remote area surcharges, or carrier advance fee charges that may apply in the destination country/region, unless explicitly stated as included at checkout. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient. If a package is returned, destroyed, or delayed due to the customer refusing to pay taxes, refusing customs clearance, or failing to provide required clearance documentation, the associated costs may be borne by the customer.
7.Invoices and Payment Receipts
If you require a commercial invoice or payment receipt, please leave a note when placing your order or contact AxisFlying customer service with your order number. Invoices will generally be issued based on the actual items, amount, and shipping information of the order.
