Refund Policy
1.Order Cancellation
If your order has not yet shipped, you may contact customer service to request cancellation. If the order has already been packed, handed over to the carrier, or a shipping label has been generated, it may not be cancellable. Shipped orders must follow the return process.
If an order is canceled due to inventory issues, pricing errors, payment risks, shipping restrictions, destination restrictions, or other reasons making fulfillment impossible, we will issue a refund via the original payment method.
2.Non-Quality-Related Returns
Unless otherwise required by local law, customers may request non-quality-related returns within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- The product is unused, uninstalled, unsoldered, unpowered, and has not been flown
- The product’s appearance, accessories, packaging, manual, and labels are complete
- The product is in a condition that allows resale
- Prior contact has been made with AxisFlying customer service and return confirmation has been obtained
For non-quality-related returns, round-trip shipping costs, customs duties, customs clearance fees, payment processing fees, remote area surcharges, and other incurred fees may be borne by the customer.
3.Quality-Related Refunds / Exchanges
If a product has a confirmed manufacturing defect, DOA damage, incorrect item, or missing item, please contact sales5@axisflying.com within 7 days of receipt. After confirmation, we will provide replacement parts, repair, exchange, partial refund, or full refund based on the situation.
4.Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following products or situations are generally not eligible for non-quality-related returns or refunds:
- FPV products that have been installed, soldered, powered on, flown, or show signs of use
- Damage caused by crashes, impacts, water ingress, burns, modifications, incorrect wiring, incorrect firmware, or incorrect parameter settings
- Customized products, pre-configured products, special orders, or items explicitly marked as non-returnable on the product page
- Clearance items, samples, second-hand items, free gifts, consumables, propellers, screws, and other low-value consumables
- Losses caused by incorrect customer-provided addresses, refusal to accept delivery, refusal to pay taxes, failure to complete customs clearance, or failure to pick up the package in time
- Packages returned without prior confirmation from customer service
If local laws have mandatory provisions regarding return rights, such local laws shall prevail.
5.Refund Method and Timing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment account. We typically process refunds within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Banks, card associations, and payment platforms may take additional time for the refund to be posted.
Shipping costs, customs duties, customs clearance fees, payment processing fees, and other third-party charges from the original order are generally non-refundable unless due to AxisFlying’s fault or required by local law.
6.Return Process

- Contact customer service with your order number, reason for return, and photos or videos
- Customer service will provide a return address and return requirements after review
- Return the item according to the requirements and provide the tracking number
- AxisFlying willcheckthe returned item upon receipt
- Based on the check results, we will process the refund, exchange, or repair
